I arrived late and checked out early, so did not have a chance to meet the staff. But they'd left the key and receipt for me on the counter at the hallway, which made things much easier. A nice place that I would recommend.
I haven't stayed at the Inn yet but the staff has been so accommodating and understanding of my situation and requests. I can say from a customer service stand point they are off the charts. I will update my review when I stay. I look forward to staying at the inn and meeting the people that have been so helpful.
The Westborough Inn is half way between a bed and breakfast and a hotel, with most of the best elements of each. The owners are helpful and gracious, and go out of their way to make sure guests' needs are met. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The housekeeper, Michelle, is delightful and dedicated. This is not some anonymous big chain hotel -- which in my mind is a huge plus. The breakfast room is spotless, variety and quality of food good, and lots of nice little touches like coffee near the reception area 24 hours, a refrigerator in the breakfast room for guest's use, even a modest little fitness center that serves the purpose just fine. Of course, the biggest plus for us is that the inn is five minutes from the grandchildren and wheelchair accessible, but I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, quiet, safe, friendly place to stay in the area.
Best sleep I had in months. Great bed. Hot shower. Clean. Quiet. Great price. Measured 25Mbps free wifi. Lots of yummy breakfast muffins etc. Seems to attract a quiet clientele.
Staff is super nice, they have a map of the surrounding area with restaurants for travelers. Room is fairly spacious and bathroom is big. The bed is huge! Very cute and easy stay!
This place is lovely! Very clean, quiet. Ruins are charming. Mine has stencil accents on the walls, orchid plants, rocking chair, and a fridge. Here for business, but definitely keeping in mind for vacation or romantic getaway. Inn keepers are very nice.
The room is very clean, bed and pillows are super comfortable.
