Just ordered pizza . They charged me for a large pizza and sent me a small pizza . And charged me for the toppings and never added the same . order taken by manager Kayla .
Went in for the all you can eat pizza/pasta special, made to wait 25 min!! for a slice!! finally had enough and asked for a refund. manager was inappropriate making off color jokes to the customers, people were waiting endlessly. This place was not functioning well with manager at the helm not doing his job. Having said that I did eat at a different location(Framingham)a few days later and the manager there just stuffed me with fresh pizza and pasta, he was quick with a great attitude, What a difference one person makes! the food is adequate. It's edible and hits the spot if you just want to fill a hole. this particular branch was lacking, It's basically a hit or miss.
The girl running the counter seemed borderline crazy. We sat down at the table furthest from the counter but I still heard her call a customer who complained about their pizza a motherf****r. Then she was clearly getting overwhelmed and asked another worker to go to the liquor store so she could get f***** up. At some point she punched a counter then continued to not yell but speak very loudly about her irritation with whatever was going on. Then she rushed out of the building. Ruined my dinner.
Great fries. Try the spicy.
Always good pizza. Great value. Kids love Papa Gino's which is why we keep going back. It's a classic.
