I’ve never been worried about getting sick from eating here. But I am now.
Westborough Chioptle is one of the worst Chipotle's i have ever been too. Staff is always rude and 7.30 PM most of their containers are empty and when asked the crew they were bluntly refused to fill in. Take it or leave was their attitude. Will never go to this place ever......
First, I have to say we love Chipotle. My family eats there at least 3 times a month. We don’t have one locally, so we have to go out of our way to enjoy the food, but it’s worth it. I hate all the negative publicity the restaurant has received. But after two separate occasions, visiting this one, we can see why it happens.
The food is so good! The choices are awesome! It really wouldn’t take much to make sure that this would not happen again.
I love Chipotle... But when I order the bowl, the brown rice so dry and salsa was so sour I couldn't eat at all ... I love one at shoppers world..
Out of all of the. Chipotles I've been to this is by far the worst. First, let's start with the food. We both found huge chunks of fat in our burritos. My burrito completely fell apart when I opened it because the guy didn't drain any of the juice from the pinto beans or sauce, it was like holding a bowl of souple and the bowl was a tortilla. Second the place was gross. Someone spilled a couple of drinks on the floor and just left, when one of the guys came with a mop he just mopped up what he could and left the rest. He didn't use a bucket with water or anything just a mop that looked like it should've been thrown out a year ago. Another thing is that behind the counter looked like a tornado had just come through and destroyed the place. Definitely need a new manager here. Definitely will not eat here again
Awesome. Consistent Chipotle experience across the country, but this team has an edgy, youthful feel alongside consistency. That's important. I don't care if they have two heads so long as they make quality foods that are safe and consistent. That said, I like the vibe in this place. It's fresh, which matches the food.
We went around 1. There wasn’t many people in the restaurant. And there was only 1 person ahead of us. The counters, food containers, and counter front and back, had spilled food everywhere! It happens, but typically it gets wiped up. The end of the counter had so much food all over it - where you pay! Spilled tomato’s, lettuce, sour cream. It was shocking! I took pictures, because it was just that bad. However, they don’t do them justice. Maybe when the staff saw me taking pictures, it made them look at the mess. The kitchen was just as bad! Food messes, trash, and chaos.
