Physical therapist was awesome, he explained each and everything clearly. But front desk staff are un ethical, $654 was quoted for my wife's course and I told them that I gonna pay for service we have taken for and will schedule rest after consulting my insurance. She immediately turn to other staff and laughing on us with wired expressions and started murmurings in each other ears. I really felt insulted and It's hurts us. If you guys have to talk anything you guys can talk after customer left, enough we haven't talk wired,we just expressed our opinion
I had about 25 sessions at ATI following rotator cuff surgery and was pleased with the results. My therapist, Kelly Nickerson, was knowledgeable and thorough about working me through a slow recovery process. She thoroughly answered all my questions and explained the reasons for procedures. She also has a pleasant and personable manner that makes her easy to work with. I also worked with a couple of the other therapists during my four months of therapy and found all to be equally competent and friendly.
