I have been using this post office location since 2003, when I moved to Westborough. I have had nothing but polite efficient service. I have learned to prefer the USPS over UPS or FedEx.
My packages have been there for 2 days, this should not be taking this long.
service is usually satisfactory, but there are times when it is less so, ranging from surly staff, to not providing satisfactory information about late and lost packages. But it is the government so what do you expect.
Very rude people working there . I really dont like going to Westborough post office .
