It's unfortunate that someone would blame good, honest people like the Haddad team for something they did not do.
He may do a good job, but its hard to get in touch with him. Apparently he works only on Saturdays, by appointment only.. does not answer the phone calls nor return them - figure out when you can get an appointment then.. I went to the store and that's closed as expected. next door workshop guys says he opens the shop only as needed. I picked up a bunch of groupons -- now repenting for that... save you time and go elsewhere.
Vito did a fantastic job, our car looks like new and he went out of his way to meet us at the garage a few hours before opening so we could get our car. Will be returning!
I know Erin and Wayne and they are great people and always willing to help. The seats were not ripped. There were scratches in the upholstery on the passenger side when they got the car. Scratches were most likely done by whoever vacuumed out the broken passenger window glass the day before Haddad got the car for cleaning.
I have been bringing my car to the Westboro location for 3 yrs now and I am never disappointed with how beautiful my car looks after "Vito" has cleaned it! Rates for services are very reasonable!
